LE TUC is a national network of around 120 agents finding properties for International and French customers. Le TUC’s main offices are in Orange but Registered Estate Agents such as myself operate completely independently.

I came to the South West of France with my husband and our 1 year old son after 12 years working in Marketing and customers find that I do not just sell houses, but rather offer a complete marketing service to the benefit of both seller and buyer. This can include finding properties to meet specific customer specifications. It definitely includes full and honest advice to the buyer on value, condition and suitability of any property offered by me. 

I make sure that you understand and are completely happy with all aspects of your purchase (we use an English-speaking Notary) and  I can assist you with opening a French bank account and having water and electricity connected. If you need advice on restoring your new home or on finding good Artisans, i can put you in touch with local tradesman who can advise you on your specific requirements.

Finally I am often asked what “Le TUC” means. In some parts of our lovely Pyrenees it means “mountain peak”, and we aim to be the “PEAK” in providing an outstanding service to all our clients.
